We returned to the work site moments after making the last post to learn that the Lesosibirsk Administration is cracking down on Team 2 for being here without a work visa. They are using a seldom used law that says we must have work visas to be here. It is a national law that the adminstration here is chosing to apply to us. This could mean fines and what else we have yet to learn. Pastor Roma did say to us "at least they can't send you to Siberia since you are already here!"
We do not know yet what this means to our work here or for the implications to Team 3. We will try to keep you updated. Please get the word out so all can pray for this situation. With the church walls rising high, we are definitely attracting attention. But we know God is sovereign and this situation is in His hands.

As you already said God is soverign in this as He is in everything! Praise God!
We will be praying for you all and the work...Don't be discouraged or forget the Lord's soverignty - He placed the rulers and authorities where they are (I was studying that yesterday). His power will be evident through this in ways that we cannot even imagine!
Ps. 9:9-10
The LORD is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. Those who know your name will trust in you, for you, LORD, have never forsaken those who seek you.
in Christ's Love, Angie
Hi you all,
"Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers."
Team 2, it sounds to me like you are calling out the prayer warriors, what say ye fellow soldiers? Let's get physical... and get our knees dirty!!!!!!
Love K
Richard, Team 3 will be praying and watching carefully for updates. With God's help, team 3 is ready for anything! We have all tickets and visas, even for Marianne, our newest member of about two weeks. She has a visitor's visa per James' OK. Will that cause another problem? I guess I need some instruction on updating this blog too. I have sent a note to Chris, but they never show up in the blog. Should I be doing something else?
Ps 38:1-3,18 "O God, do not keep silent; be not quiet, O God, be not still. See how your enemies are astir, how your foes rear their heads. With cunning they conspire against your people; they plot against those you cherish. Let them know that you, whose name is LORD--that you alone are the Most High over all the earth." We are confident that Jehovah will show himself to be "all that is necessary as the occassion arises". May you know His prescence and peace in this as many will be lifting all of you and the church up in prayer. We will spread the word. Jerry, it was wonderful to hear your voice! Can't wait to see you! Praying continually, Bonnie
This may just be the testimony of Christ that is needed for the people there! God can be shown ALL POWERFUL, in and through this!
Romans 8:28
And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose for them.
Keep your swords high and watch God work his wonders!!!
WE'RE ON OUR KNEES FOR CHRIST!!
Love to All, The Millers
There will be a prayer gathering tonight (Wed, July 25), 6pm at MRCCC to lift up the request of our team.
Good Morning Mighty Warriors of God,
Your last posting, although it has caused us great concern also gives us Great Joy. You who may be seen as small (Maple Rapids where?) in the eyes of the world are Great in the eyes of the LORD! As I’m sure Pastor Kissling, and Pastor Roma have told you this is not the result of any sin among you, but rather the desperate thrashing of a defeated enemy. A great Light is shinning in the darkness and our enemy loves to work in the darkness. Be sure when you dress this morning with the full armor of God, your Shield of Faith is out in front to extinguish the flaming arrows of the evil one. Its obvious The Sword of Truth has been ripping captives from the enemy. Do not let this new attack make you weary but go forward with the knowledge the He will lift you up as on the wings of an eagle and you will not grow weary or faint.
You have been in our prayers and on our minds. We are thinking about all of you and the difference you are making. Don't lose faith that all will work out!
Much love, Katrina and Paul Wrzesinski, Brighton, MI.
Hey Team!
Take joy in the fact that this situation is out of your hands!
In fact, there is nothing at all that you can do!
So the responsibility is off your shoulders. No matter what happens, God is doing a little happy dance! Romans 8:28 "For we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose."
As Kim would say, "Pray specific prayers, expect specific answers," but don't forget that God's plan is above the comprehension of our 3 and a half pound brains. :D
And don't forget to smile. Everything will be O.K., that much is sure!
-Becca
Hey everybody!!
"Consider it pure joy my brothers when you face trials of many kinds because you know the testing of your faith develops perserverance. Perserverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete not lacking in anything" James 1:2-4. This has been a growth process towards perserverance for everyone. PRAISE GOD!!!
Zach says Psalms 118:29
"Give thanks to the Lord for he is good; his love endures forever."
We will keep praying......
